Welcome to our volleyball skill development & game play class run by Sports757!

Classes are taught by current & former college volleyball players who have extensive knowledge of the game and how to properly train players with technical skills / insight into the game!

Students will be separated by age & ability. From beginners to the game to advanced players, our staff will guide students of all abilities. We do get students of all ranging experience levels, we group students by experience in class to make class beneficial and fun for all skill level types!

VOLLEYBALL - DATES, LOCATIONS, TIMES

Winter Session 2 Dates: February 18, 2025 - February 20, 2025
Spring Session 1 Dates: February 25 - April 3, 2025
Every Tuesday: 6:30pm – 7:30pm (grades: 2 - 12) in Norfolk
Every Wednesday: 6:30pm - 7:30pm (grades: 2 - 12) in Chesapeake
Every Thursday: 5:30pm - 6:30pm (grades: 2 - 12) in Hampton
+ students can join ANY class or session at ANY time

CLASS COST PACKAGES

Cost: $100 = 6 week pass (allows student to attend 1 class per week)
this $100 – 6 week package pro rates weekly online 🙂
Cost: $20 per single class – walk up / drop in on ANY class date!
Cost: $150 = 10 class traditional punch card. Can be used on any class, any sport, at any location, on any child in your household. Good until Sept 2025.
Cost: $100 = Monthly Pass (lowest price) = student(s) can attend ANY class, at ANY location, ANY sport for 31 days. No re-occurring charge. Applies to all kids in the household (up to 4), all for $100.

CLASS DETAILS & PARENT INFORMATION

+ Students please bring / wear: athletic attire, sneakers, water bottle
+ Student Ages & Experience Level
Each class, students are separated, train, and play games separated by age & ability. Class is beneficial for beginners to advanced players. Class is CO-ED
+ Parents are welcome to sit, stay & watch at our facility. You do not have to :)
+ Weather is never an issue, all training is indoors on field turf

CLASS GENERAL ITINERARY

Our Volleyball class will have four segments that will train our students athletically, mentally, technically with fun game play!

Part 1 of class: will be a good, short athletic warm up. This warm up will cover athletic movements that cross over to all sports

Part 2 of class: will be true Volleyball technical skills training (individual skill development)

Part 3 of class: will be group drills covering different aspects of the game

Part 4 of class: will be volleyball gameplay. The games will be fun, and guided by our coaches who will point out different "volleyball 101" moments where students can learn and gain insight into how to properly play the game

CLASS PURPOSE

The purpose of this class is to take students through a curriculum that builds base athletic movements, introduces sound technical volleyball skills, in a fun environment that also adds guided gameplay.

Students will feel confident after our programming that they will have improved their skill sets, movements and understanding of the game.

Our company mission is to create confidence in ALL of our students through the teaching of fundamentals.

(NEW) - TRAVEL CLUB "PREP" TRAINING IN VIRGINIA BEACH

Starting January 2025 - we will be offering a 1.5 hour advanced training & game play classes for students looking to gain skills preparing them for future club / travel volleyball. This is our first class offering in Virginia Beach!

This class is ONLY for ages: 11 - 15, and will have a strict 18 student limit per date. Pre-registration only. No packages accepted. Single date registration only.

We WILL be evaluating / recruiting students from this class for our 2026 "Norfolk Volleyball Club" which will have 13u, 14u, 15u & 16u teams next year.
(students in this class do NOT have to join our club team)

This class will have two highly qualified coaches, taking students through 50 minutes of skill development with 40 minutes of volleyball gameplay each date. The games will be organized & guided by our coaches.

This is a higher price, zero discount, more intimate / advanced training for our students in our programs prepping to take the "next step" with their skills.

Class will be at the Virginia Beach Sportsplex, one of VA's premier volleyball facilities!

2025 Dates: 1/16, 1/23, 1/30, 2/6, 2/20, 2/27, 3/6, 3/20, 4/3, 4/24, 5/1, 5/8
Time: 7pm - 8:30pm
Cost: $30 per date.
+ Zero discounts, no refunds, no walk up registration. Pre registration only
+ We are ONLY accepting 18 students per date +
Females (only) Ages: 11, 12, 13, 14, 15
+ students in this class do not need to be advanced, but we do please ask no "new to volleyball" students. We have other options for "brand new" players.

TEAM NVC (NORFOLK VOLLEYBALL CLUB)

This year (2024 - 2025), we started a 15u regional club volleyball team. Our team will compete this winter / spring 2025 in 10 tournaments with 2 practices per week with a dedicated coach, team manager & more!

Our team was formed due to parent interest, and our team motto / mission is simple: to provide an OPTION (we know there are other great club teams in the 757), that has a focus on year long development of our female athletes.

Next year (2026), we will have 13u, 14u, 15u & 16u teams under the NVC umbrella. All with their own (separate) dedicated coach, team manager, practice schedule & more!
