Looking for a baseball facility to use batting cages for hitting / pitching instruction? Every Wednesday at Norfolk Indoor Sports - we open up our facility and all four batting cages for $20 cage night!

Perfect for coaches, trainers or parents looking to get their players some additional work - indoors, with no worry of weather, lighting issues ect.

Baseball and softball coaches / players welcome - $20 reserves a cage for 1 hour. Coaches and parents can bring as many students as they want in the cage. Great baseball facility option in the 757!

Has water fountains, 2 bathrooms, is indoors on field turf
+ Parents are welcome to sit, stay & watch at our facility.
+ Weather is never an issue, all training is indoors on field turf
+ Norfolk Indoor Sports has four total batting cages

CLASS PURPOSE

The purpose of this class is to take students ages: 6 - 12 through a curriculum that builds base athletic movements, introduces sound technical soccer skill development, in a fun environment that also adds guided gameplay.

Students will feel confident after 6 weeks that they will have improved their footwork, explosive movements, & overall soccer skill set.

Our company mission is to create confidence in ALL of our students through the teaching and ownership of fundamentals in a fun positive environment
