A first of its kind, one of a kind volleyball experience this summer 2025.
Our company (Sports757) specializes in sport specific training, volleyball, and running large tournaments & events.
This camp brings ALL 3 elements together with speed & fitness training + advanced volleyball skill development with tournament gameplay!
This camp allows INDIVIDUAL and TEAM registration!
Read below - all campers will go through our very specific "camp itinerary" - and then will compete by team in tournament styles games!
Individuals who register will be coached by our awesome staff comprised by current & former coaches & players from our local D1 schools:  Old Dominion, Norfolk State, Hampton & more!

VOLLEYBALL TRAINING CAMP BASIC INFO

Session 1:  Monday June 23 - Wednesday June 25, 2025
Session 2:  Monday July 21 - Wednesday July 23, 2025
Time:  8:00am - 12:00pm (daily)
Drop Off:  8:00am (daily)
at the Virginia Beach Sportscenter

Female Age Divisions:  16u, 14u, 12u
Females Ages: 10 - 16
Individual Registration Cost:  $300 per player
Team Registration Cost:  $300 per player

DETAILED CAMP OVERVIEW (DESCRIPTION)

+ Students please bring / wear: athletic attire, sneakers, water bottle, volleyball (if you have one).  Equipment is NOT necessary
+ Norfolk Indoor Sports Turf
Has water fountains, 2 bathrooms, is indoors 
+ Student Ages & Experience Level
Each class, students are separated, train, and play games by age & ability.  Class is beneficial for beginners to advanced players.  Class is CO-ED
+ Parents are welcome to sit, stay & watch at our facility.  You do not have to :) 
+ Weather is never an issue, all training is indoors
+  Norfolk Indoor Sports will provide daily snack with pretzels, chips, fruit & water. 
+  Students CAN bring their own snack / drink for snack time

8:00am – 8:30am – Student Drop Off
+ free play, welcome by our staff 🙂 
8:30am – Camp Warm Up
+ teaching running fundamentals
+ speed work movements to work on throughout the summer
+ mobility movements / active stretch
8:50am – Water / break
8:55am – Agility & Footwork Focus
+ speed ladder, agilities, change of direction movements
9:15am – Water & Break
9:30am - Volleyball Skill Development
9:55 - Water & Break
10:00am - Group Volleyball Drills (Hitting, Setting)
10:15am - Camp Snack & Break
10:45am - Serving and Setting Drills
11:00am - Volleyball Guided Game & Teach
11:20am - Water Break
11:30am - Volleyball Games
12:00pm - End of Camp Day

CAMP OVERVIEW

The purpose of this camp is to take students grades through a curriculum that builds base athletic movements, introduces sound technical volleyball skill development, in a fun environment that also adds super fun volleyball games!

The purpose of our summer sports camps is to create an experience where our students learn new drills and skills to practice throughout the summer, are inspired by our D1 coaches and trainers, and have FUN - meeting new friends and colleagues!

Our company mission is to create confidence in ALL of our students through the teaching and ownership of fundamentals in a fun positive environment

BIRTHDAY PARTIES AT NORFOLK INDOOR

Our rental price is $100 per hour which includes everything!  Includes tables, chairs, game play - ZERO additional fees.  We even have bounce house options now!
