Spring 2026 will be year #8 of our Spring 7 v 7 Football League!

Each year our league provides four age divisions: 18u, 15u, & 12u

We take a TON of pride being the largest 7 v 7 passing league in the State of Virginia, with 36 teams in spring of 2025.

What makes our league different? Why is our league so popular?

Our league places a tremendous emphasis on being super organized, professional, with GREAT sportsmanship.
Our games are at great stadiums on field turf, all of our games start & end on time, you will have no "missed games" or "no show" teams.

Parents & coaches LOVE how much we stress, emphasize and enforce sportsmanship in our league. Our league motto is "compete with class"!
Yes, we want players to compete, have fun and want to win! We simply believe young people (and adults) can WIN with class :)

LEAGUE & TEAM INFORMATION (2024 VERSION)

League Dates: February 21 - March 28, 2026 (6 total weeks)
Games: Every Saturday ( 6 Saturdays )
Weeks 1 - 5 = the "regular season"
Playoff + Championship Weekend = Week 6
Games: Two (2) - 25 minute games per weekend (12 total games)
Game Times: 8am - 3pm (specific game times assigned)

Age / Gender Divisions (4 total)
High School (18u): Any student who is 18 or younger, MUST be currently in H.S.
15 & Under (15u): Any student who is 15 or younger, or turned 16 after 11/1/25
12 & Under (12u): Any student who is 12 or younger, or turned 13 after 11/1/25

TEAM REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Cost: $750 per team (up to 15 players) = $50 per player
OR, $75 per player (the players pay) and we set up the link for you (free)
+ two (2), 25 minute games per weekend, refs, scoring ect.
+ only pre-payments secure spot in league or weekend (no deposits)

INDIVIDUAL STUDENT REGISTRATION

Do you have an athlete who would like to play Spring 7 v 7 - but does NOT belong to a team, and is looking to join a team?
Our company has, and does provide teams for individual students to join!
Cost: $225 total per player
Each team comes with: team coach, practice time, uniform, playbook, 2 games per weekend.
Age divisions: HS, 15u, 12u
Practice starts the week of February 16, 2025

INDIVIDUAL STUDENT REGISTRATION PARENT Q&A

Q: How much does it cost for my student to join?
A: $225

Q: Does my student get a jersey top?
A: Yes - each student gets a jersey top, with number & name!

Q: When are the games?
A: Every Saturday at Norfolk Christian School

A: We will provide a 1 page PDF will all game times per Saturday

Q: How many times does my son practice per week?
A: Students will practice 1x per week

Q: Does my son HAVE to attend practice?
A: Practice is not required.

LEAGUE RULES & INFORMATION

Each team is provided two (2) games per weekend
Each game is 25 minutes (running clock)
Each game has a paid referees
All games at Norfolk Christian, on field turf (its a gorgeous stadium)
