RUNNINGBACK / LINEBACKER TRAINING

Each offseason, our company offers "advanced" position specific football training with our outstanding coaches. This winter (2025 - 2026), we again will offer separate QB, RB/LB, WR/DB, OL/DL training.

These classes are smaller, more intimate, and are designed for serious athletes who are looking to take a jump in their position specific skills.

Please read below to view the dates & times we train (by position), along with the credentials of our awesome coaches we have this offseason!

This class is being conducted by former ODU All American Jason Henderson.
Jason is one of the best players in ODU history, being named All American in 2023. Jason was not only a great player, but was highly regarded for his work ethic & process which made him so successful. He is a GREAT mentor / role model for area 757 athletes!

CLASS INFORMATION

Session 1: January 11 - February 15, 2026 (5 dates)
Session 2: February 22 - March 22, 2026 (5 dates)
No classes on Feb 8 (Super Bowl Sunday)

Every Sunday: 5:00pm - 6:00pm

at Norfolk Indoor Sports Turf
202 W. 22 St. Norfolk VA

Grades: 6 - 12
Cost: $35 per single date OR
$150 for 5 class package (start & end date)
