It requires elite cognitive ability and athletic ability, combined with specific trained skills. At Sports757.com - we provide high end Quarterback skill development for students with future Division 1 aspirations

Sports757.com leads the 757 and entire state of VA in elite Quarterback development. Many of the elite high school QB's going to play D1 football have trained at Norfolk Indoor! We have a simple philosophy of teaching the sound fundamentals of the position from the ground up! Appropriate for ANY age, from just starting to some of our current professional & D1 clients!

Our facility and company provides Quarterback training 12 months out of the year. Our group classes have run December - May, for the past 15 years!

CURRENT QB TRAINING OPTIONS

Session 1: November 30 - December 28 (5 dates)
Session 2: January 3 - January 31, 2026 (5 dates)
Session 3: February 14 - March 14, 2026 (5 dates)
All classes are Sunday: 6:00pm - 7:30pm

QUARTERBACK TRAINING OVERVIEW

This class is designed for quarterbacks who are looking to get sound, technical quarterback training by qualified D1 coaches and quarterbacks

All of our QB coaches have coached or played at the highest level and understand how to properly teach Quarterback fundamentals from the ground up

Footwork, drops, pocket movements, throwing on the run, release mechanics, throw types, knowledge of routes, reading defenses - we cover it all!

This class is sound, your student will improve, gain confidence, will truly enjoy the coaches he works with

QUARTERBACK TRAINING OVERVIEW

What to wear: Please wear athletic attire & football cleats

What to bring: Students - please bring your own football & water bottle

Weather: Class will NEVER be cancelled due to weather, we have our indoor facility available
