Learn & Burn w/ Kerri Phillips at her “GRIT CAMP” training! Learn how to build strength, balance, & muscle endurance in a small-group setting. Grit Camp training includes total body movements at moderate to high rates designed to burn more calories during your workout & maximize your AFTER BURN. All exercises can be modified to meet your needs. Work at your own pace / all fitness levels are welcome. Benefits of personal training fraction of the price. Class is limited to 15 to provide individual attention / COVID safety.

$40 package for 5 classes (saves $10 + registering & paying every time)

Kerri Philips can be pre-booked by appointment on an agreed time & date at Norfolk Indoor
Your entire group can attend at 6pm on any of our Monday classes.
If your office, corporate, or group would like to book a date, but pay separately, everyone can pay $10 separately with a 10 person minimum.
