run by current ODU Soccer Player Dylan McEntarfer + several of her ODU teammates!

This one day camp takes youth campers through an amazing itinerary that teaches very sound fundamentals at an outstanding level!

At Sports757 we are all about teaching the fundamentals GREAT, and "Coach Dylan" shares our philosophy.

Dylan and her ODU teammates will blend these core fundamentals into specific skills, group drills, and fun gameplay!

CAMP ITINERARY

9:15am - 9:30am - Check In
9:30am - Coach Intro / Camp Intro - Overview of Itinerary
9:35am - College Level Body Warm Up
+ a workout warm up students can use the rest of the summer!
9:45am - Individual Skill Development: Footwork
10:05am - Water / Break
10:10am - Skill Development: Passing & movements
10:30am - Water
10:35am - Attacking & Shots on Goal Emphasis
10:50am - "Shots on Goal" competition!
11:00am - Gameplay! Organized & run by the coaches!
11:30am - End of Camp

CLASS DETAILS & PARENT INFORMATION

+ Students please bring / wear: athletic attire, soccer cleats (any kind), water bottle. Equipment is NOT necessary
+ Norfolk Indoor Sports Turf
Has water fountains, 2 bathrooms, is indoors on field turf
+ Student Ages & Experience Level
Each class, students are separated, train, and play games separated by age & ability. Class is beneficial for beginners to advanced players. Class is CO-ED
+ Parents are welcome to sit, stay & watch at our facility. You do not have to :)
+ Weather is never an issue, all training is indoors on field turf
+ Students CAN bring their own snack / drink for snack time
