The 4rd Annual 757 Big Man Camp at Norfolk Academy
led by Coach Brandon Carr & Coach Eli Harold
+ with other outstanding local coaches & D1 college players!

A phenomenal camp for Offensive and Defensive lineman taught by two of the premiere "Big Man" coaches in Virginia.

Coach Brandon Carr, current Head Coach at Indian River High School, is a former all region offensive lineman, who went on to play and win a Conference Championship at Old Dominion University (D1).
In 2023 he was voted VA Region Coach of the Year!

Coach Eli Harold, current assistant coach at Oscar Smith High, starred at Ocean Lakes High School (VA) before playing his college ball at the University of Virginia. From there, Coach Eli went on to play professionally in the NFL
Coach Eli has developed into one of the top defensive line, rush, linebacker trainers in Virginia

Coach Carr & Coach Eli will coach the OL / DL separately on technique, fundamentals, and drills to use throughout the summer.
They will then come together during camp for group work and 1 v 1 competitions.
Coach Carr & Coach Eli work together running our offseason OL / DL every year (December - March)

This camp is outstanding & beneficial for both young players looking to learn and try the positions AND experienced players looking to train with the best coaches VA has to offer!

We separate players by age & experience - so that all skill types benefit & enjoy camp!

757 BIG MAN CAMP ITINERARY

10:00am - 10:15am - Check In / Registration
10:15am: Start of Camp / Coaches Intro
10:20am: Camp Warm Up
+ a D1 college style warm up to use the rest of the summer!
+ teaching proper running form, movements & mobility!
10:35am: Agility & Change of Direction Work
+ foot sequencing movements
+ reaction drills
+ change of direction / body control drills
10:50am: Football Skill Development (by position)
+ Offensive Line
+ Defensive Line
+ Linebacker
11:25am: Run Fit Drill (whole group)
11:50: OL / DL / LB (1 v 1's)
12:15pm: End of Camp

All camp drills, skills, competitions are separated by age

PARENT & CAMP INFORMATION

What to wear / bring?
Students need to wear athletic attire, football cleats (if they have them), and water bottle. Please bring SNEAKERS in the event of lightning, we will use the gym. There are no helmets or pads for this camp.

Weather: Camps is rain or shine.
We DO have indoor accommodations in the event of weather.
Please bring sneakers in the event we have to use the gym.

Can parents watch / attend: Yes, there will be seating areas for parents / guardians to attend.

Does my child need to bring football equipment?
No helmets or pads at this camp. This is a "non contact" football camp
